1. Merchant identity and authority
The contracting provider is PT. One Media Global, Tanah Tinggi Barat, Ternate Selatan, Kota Ternate, Maluku Utara 97715, Indonesia. The merchant identifies its legal business, authorised representative and outlets during onboarding. Only that representative may accept charges and designate account administrators. Legal notices to Bakasir go to [email protected].
2. Products, customers and transactions
The merchant controls its catalog and is responsible for lawful goods, accurate descriptions, prices, tax settings, customer notices and fulfilment. Bakasir records configured workflows; it does not independently verify each item, consumer consent, tax classification or accounting judgment. The merchant must handle its own consumer returns, product warranties and disputes according to applicable law.
3. Payment providers and settlements
External payment processing and settlement are governed by the merchant's contract with its payment provider. The merchant must review provider fees, eligible businesses, settlement timing, chargebacks, payment fraud, customer refunds and dispute procedures. A POS payment label is not proof that third-party funds settled. Bakasir subscription refunds are governed separately by the Terms of Service and mandatory law.
4. Online orders and fulfilment
The merchant publishes accurate store identity, stock, shipping charges, delivery conditions and contact details. It must obtain permissions needed to market to customers. Order placement, payment and completed sale are distinct states; the merchant should use supported completion, cancellation, return and refund workflows to keep stock and financial records consistent. It remains responsible for fulfilment and its customer-facing terms.
5. Staff access and records
Assign least-privilege roles, protect paired terminals and register PINs, close cashier sessions and remove departed staff promptly. Do not share owner credentials across cashiers. Review audit events, reconcile physical stock and cash, validate exports and maintain any records or backups the merchant needs beyond the service's approved retention schedule.
6. Commercial schedule and unresolved terms
The final signed or accepted order must state plan, outlets, plugin fees, billing period, currency, taxes, renewal and cancellation. A data-processing schedule, export and deletion procedure, service commitments, liability allocation and dispute procedure still require legal approval. Hardware or self-hosted work requires a separate scope if offered. This draft does not override mandatory Indonesian consumer, privacy or electronic-commerce rights.
