1. Provider, contact and acceptance
Bakasir is operated by PT. One Media Global, Tanah Tinggi Barat, Ternate Selatan, Kota Ternate, Maluku Utara 97715, Indonesia. Legal notices: [email protected]. Service support: [email protected]. The person accepting for a business must have authority to bind it. The final version must display an effective date and be affirmatively accepted at registration or purchase; merely visiting this draft does not create a contract.
2. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate business and contact information, secure credentials and devices, and keep staff permissions current. The owner controls access granted to staff and is responsible for actions under authorised accounts, except where the provider is at fault. Do not share privileged credentials, impersonate another business, interfere with another tenant or use the service unlawfully. Tell [email protected] promptly about suspected compromise.
3. Service scope and configuration
Access depends on the plan, outlet count, active plugins and configured integrations shown at purchase. Merchant data remains the merchant's data; the merchant grants Bakasir the limited rights needed to host, back up, secure and process it for the service. Planned features are not available services or delivery promises. Third-party hardware, payment providers and self-hosted deployments may have separate terms and compatibility requirements.
4. Subscriptions, charges and cancellation
Before payment, the order summary must show the applicable plan, number of outlets, plugin charges, currency, billing period, taxes and renewal terms. Paid access starts when the payment is confirmed. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves already-paid access available until the paid period ends, unless law or a stated exception requires otherwise. Bakasir does not offer discretionary refunds for elapsed service time; this does not restrict mandatory rights, refunds for duplicate or incorrect charges, or remedies where the service was not supplied as agreed. The checkout, invoice and implemented billing workflow must be reconciled with this wording before publication.
5. Business records and responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the lawful collection and accuracy of product, customer, employee, transaction and tax records they enter, and for their own fiscal and employment obligations. Bakasir supplies software records, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Reconcile sales, settlements, inventory and reports against source records. Completed records should be corrected through supported reversal or adjustment workflows, not silent rewriting. Export records needed for legal retention before closing an account.
6. Acceptable use and security
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, upload malware, scrape other tenants' data or use Bakasir to sell unlawful goods. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to stop abuse, security harm or a legal violation, with notice when safe and practicable. Report vulnerabilities through the designated page. Reporting does not authorise access to another merchant's records or third-party systems.
7. Availability, support and account closure
We aim to operate and support the service reliably, but planned maintenance, network outages and third-party failures can affect it. No numeric uptime or response-time commitment is offered in this draft. On closure, access, export, account erasure, backups and legally required retention must follow a separately approved data schedule. Neither party may use termination to erase records that law requires it to retain. Mandatory remedies and liabilities cannot be excluded by this draft.
8. Changes, notices and disputes
Our proposed policy is to email the registered owner at least 30 days before a material adverse change to recurring prices or these terms, unless an urgent legal or security change requires faster action. This email process must be implemented and tested before the policy takes effect. Indonesian law would govern the final agreement, without excluding mandatory rights or access to competent authorities and courts. First raise a dispute at [email protected] so both sides can seek a documented resolution.
