Live availability checks for the Bakasir API, media storage, offline sync, Tenant Portal, marketing site and online storefront. Internal monitoring stays restricted to the platform team.

Checking availability

Checks are sampled on request and cached for up to 30 seconds. Monitoring uses the configured Netdata endpoint. This is a reachability snapshot, not an uptime guarantee or a full incident history. Missing monitoring configuration is reported as unconfirmed.
